History
The company was founded in 1980 as MCA Videocassette, Inc. with Factor Giaquinto as president of the division and released 24 films on Betamax and VHS in May 1980, including Jaws, Creature House and The Deer Hunter every bit well as archetype films such as Dracula, Brute Crackers and Scarface.[ii] Jaws 2 and 1941 were also released that year. Universal 1440 Entertainment was formed in 2005 as the product arm of Universal Studios Dwelling Amusement.[eight]

Internationally
